UNCOVER at the Security Research Event (SRE)

UNCOVER’s partners participated in the Security Research Event (SRE) organized by the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium, on 24 and 25 October 2023.

The 2023 edition of the Security Research Event featured two days of Conferences with thematic sessions, the projects presented their research and innovation solutions for law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders, and discussed the challenges and opportunities in the field of security and forensics.

The event also included an Exhibition showcasing projects, their achievements and small-scale demonstrations, where UNCOVER’s partners displayed their flyers and interacted with other participants and visitors. They also participated in the Safety Innovation Award Ceremony, where the projects received recognition for their cutting-edge and relevant contribution to the security and protection of the European citizens.

The event was a great opportunity for UNCOVER’s partners to disseminate their results and achievements, and to network and collaborate with other researchers and practitioners in the field of security research.
